Today, Year 5 took part in a cricket tournament at Arden Hall against teams from other schools. Castle Browmich A (from 5J) won the overall competition- a successful sporting week for CBJS!

CBJS BOYS 4-A-SIDE CHAMPIONS!
Yesterday the boys 4-a-side football team won the North Solihull Championship. The girls A team reached the semi-finals of the same competition with the girls B team finishing 3rd in their group. Photos to follow. Congratulations to all of the players!

Most classes in school have now got a book set by a favourite author- from Dick King Smith to Anthony Horowitz. 5J are reading Louis Sachar and Evie has written a report explaining why her class love his books so much!

6W took part in an indoor rowing competition competing against other schools. Each child competed on a rowing machine for 60 seconds with the aim of moving as far as possible. Demi finished the girls competition in 3rd position- well done to her and the whole of 6W.
